Privacy & cookies.

Who we are

Plantendak.be is an activity of MVB WORKS BV (VAT BE 1015 769 944), Londerzeelsesteenweg 1, Meise, Belgium. Privacy questions? Email info@plantendak.be or call +32 456 19 34 92.

What data we collect

Only what you share yourself through the contact or quote form: name, address, phone number, email address, your message and details about your roof (type, dimensions, photos if any). Plus ordinary email correspondence if you write to us directly.

What we use it for

To answer your question and prepare a tailored quote. We do not use your data for advertising and never sell it to third parties.

Who processes it

Forms are forwarded via Web3Forms (form service) and arrive in our mailbox. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Both parties process only what is needed to deliver their service.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to follow up your request, at most 2 years after the last contact. Data linked to an actual order is kept for the legally required accounting periods.

Cookies

This website itself places no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. One email is enough: info@plantendak.be. Not satisfied with our answer? You can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Changes

We may update this statement. The most recent version always lives on this page.
